In blocks of 6 and 7 units, these could be described as small detached houses
and most certainly twice the size of our 2 bedroom apartments!
The living areas are on the ground floor and the bedrooms upstairs, sleeping
configuration is the same as the apartments with a king size bed in the master
bedroom, 2 single beds in the second bedroom and twin sofabed in the living area.
There is a toilet/washroom on the ground floor and a full bathroom with a combined
bath and shower upstairs. Some units have two full bathrooms upstairs, one being
ensuite.
Outdoor space is in abundance; the living room leads out onto a small garden
furnished with table and chairs. From the master bedroom is a balcony where you access the large roof terrace via a spiral staircase.
We offer clients two distinct payment plans, both include free underground parking, a mobile internet modem and a welcome food pack.
Select this rate and benefit from a reduced tariff, payment is required in full at the time of booking and cancellation or modification of the dates is not permitted.
Our standard tariff enables you to pay a 20% deposit at the time of booking and the balance upon arrival at reception. Any cancellation is subject to loss of deposit and within 8 weeks prior to arrival the full charge is be payable.
A slightly higher tariff with payment on arrival. If arriving after reception hours a surcharge of 50€ will be levied for meet & greet service.
*Date modifications are permitted under the standard tariff providing they are made more than 8 weeks prior to departure. If the price for the revised dates is lower than the original booking value the original price will be applicable. If the rate for the new stay dates is higher than the original booking value the higher price will be charged.
