Monday to Friday: 09.00 until 18.00
Saturday: 09.00 until 18.00
Sunday and Public Holidays: 10.00 until 18.00
Check-In after 4pmIf arriving prior to check in we will do our utmost to accommodate guests but often it won’t be possible.
Since we have a limited luggage storage facility we would urge guests to contact us in advance in order to reserve an earlier check-in (A charge may be applied).
Check-Out before 10amThe accommodation is spacious and a thorough clean can take a few hours, therefore we request that guests check out promptly at 10am, allowing us to check in new arrivals without delay. Unfortunately we have limited space to store luggage and in particular for groups.

Out of hour's key collectionIf arriving for check-in outside of reception opening hours then please notify us. Your keys will be stored for you in a security box which is located to the right hand side of the reception doors and the code will be provided on request.
Late arrivals are requested to check-in at reception before midday the following day.
If you do have a late flight and would rather have the comfort of your apartment for the day this can usually be arranged for a reasonable price and in advance of your arrival.

All guests are required to leave a security deposit of 250€ per apartment upon check-in by credit/debit card or cash. Once the apartment has been checked upon departure and is found to be in its original state the deposit is returned. The Security Deposit also covers behaviour in the Resort, any guest not adhering to the rules may be asked to leave which may incur the penalty of the loss of deposit. Under Spanish Law we are required to take a copy of your passport and a signed confirmation of stay both of which are sent to the authorities.
Parking is available on Avenida Del Prado, the street directly outside Aloha Gardens and is free of charge.
Underground parking with 24 hour security is available at 5€ per day or free if you book direct, a remote control is provided by reception. If you arrive after reception hours and wish to park underground, security will open the gates until reception opens the following morning.
WIFI is available and free of charge in all apartments, most of the bars, restaurants and our reception area.
Should you prefer to be connected throughout your stay wherever you are then we can offer the perfect solution.
In order to avoid queues and take the stress and worry out of arriving at Aloha Gardens we highly recommend pre-booking an air-conditioned luxury car via our preferred transfer provider.
Prices are cheaper than a taxi and cater for individuals up to groups of up to 19.
A discount of 10% is applied if booking the return journey, simply confirm your transfer in 3 easy steps and pay the driver in cash upon arrival.
For less than 10€ per person each way guests can take a bus from Malaga Airport directly to Marbella bus station, timetables are available and tickets can be purchased using the following link: avanzabus.
From Marbella bus station a taxi costs approximately 15€
